Why are all our supply chain's controlled completely by single organizations from cradle to grave? We've been locked our of our own supply chains.

Our Department of Commerce will ensure there are standards between each business in the supply chain. So if you want to own a gas storage facility, or transport it, or run a gas station those will all be available for you to insert yourself in the supply chain to bring back small businesses and the middle class.

For those citizens in America who invest in these companies. You will be able to go into districts on maps, and put capital in banks where it can be loaned to the market. Your going to have to work for your investments, not just throw money at an index. We've lost touch with our money, and the value that it provides to us.

Invest in the next micro-manufacturing company making umbrella's, or a beach chair company that we will be producing.

Finance

Why do we have a 100 different places all over the world to receive financial services? Our Securities and Exchange will license banking professionals for all financial services where our system will be secure, and licensed agents will receive 100% commissions over the rate the treasury and public markets set.

Our Securities and Exchange has lost control of the market because they cannot enforce it technically with continued integrity.

Our state legislative and banking system evolved from horseback, and will be much better integrated directly between the federal and district levels using the United States dollar.

Technology

Why don't we have our own American Internet so we can have our own digital wallet on-line and vote with no foreign interference? Are they trying to steel away our ability to vote, for a world wide government order? Why did Apple get our citizens government ID before we did in our own digital wallet, and how is a driver licenses in a phone going ensure our children aren't viewing illicit material on-line?

Police & Fire

Why can't anyone text message the police with their location, and have it connected to local dispatch?

Why can't Lifeguards contact everyone on the beach if there is a shark attack, and then launch an app to have the ambulance show up at their location?

Why can't the Coast Guard connect with Life Guards?

My having an integrated emergency system across all emergency services these opportunities open up.

Sorry for not using my name, I like to go out to dinner and enjoy my family time without being interrupted and need to keep my family and I safe. The last a person to fight the Isreal state was John F. Kennedy and I won't let that happen to me. He didn't want Isreal to have the nuclear bomb, and foresaw what is happening today.

Here are the government goals for our federal and district agencies to bring justice to myself, family, and to our country for a gross violation of the Sherman Act in-acted in July 2, 1890 which remained unenforceable because our government was stripped of its technology and media capabilities by the Isreal state and since then we have relied on "slap on the wrist" fines and lawsuits to continue the assault against our small businesses.

Government Mission starting July 5th at 8 hundred hours at these agencies:

Federal & District Social Security

• District Social Security will have a systems to systems network to handle homeless where anyone can press a button on their phone based on their location, get the social security application delivered to them for their district where it will procure people to transitional housing facilities for boarding. The district Department of Justice will then provide secure transportation based on federal & district Social Security laws.

• Our Federal Social Security will make a one-click login to use websites and application on the American Internet. This will be a regulation brought forward after a vote at the Federal Trade Commission that logging into websites has become very difficult for consumers, and storing login credentials locks people into their operating system without giving them the ability to switch.

• I will propose legislation that Social Security ensure people aren't kicked out of their homes and put on the street and have means for their life if they are looking for work.

• Provide a digital wallet for citizens outside of their mobile phone for their government and market documents, so it can be used everywhere. Drivers license, payment cards, and your music collection all going back in our pockets, under our control!

WARNING

This will be a regulation brought forward after a vote at the Federal Trade Commission. The fact is you must be able to use a government identification without a mobile phone. For example, to present your government ID on websites that will have age restrictions.

Can you believe websites don't have age restrictions and our children are browsing the internet right now unattended, we need our digital wallet ASAP.

Remember when the Federal Communication Commission made radio wave boundaries around the country? Our federal agency is going to the same for applications. Instead of listening to radio you can get applications delivered to you by the press of a button based on your location.

Here are a number of examples of applications citizens would use in our city and businesses when they were physically located there, or via Pendleton Township's map that is deployed to external citizens if they wanted to interact with our services.

• Book Appointments (haircut, massage, etc)

• Local Maps (beaches, hiking trails - imagine hand drawn maps by artists with integrated vehicle and pedestrian data maps).

• City Events (art shows, concerts, farmers markets)

• Rentals (rent a surfboard, or car)

• Classes (surf, pilates, music, video production, etc..)

• Business Directory (provide business hours, permit information in a single place)

• Citizen Directory (By opting in, you would share your digital wallet contact info with a local or federal phone book and it will automatically update with your contact details as your digital wallet does).

• Beach Map (surf reports both on-line and from live local video reporters, weather, tide visualizations and forecasts based based on where your sitting on the beach, and beach all beach laws legislated at the district Beach and Harbors).

• Shop (at all local stores + big box companies from out of town with one application. We will also have a network of delivery drivers)

• Order food (in the city, and have it delivered by the district delivery companies)

• Order food (while sitting down in every establishment that supports it based on regulations)

• Order Taxi

• Bus & Train Routes (See the estimated time of arrival at your stop, and purchase a ticket to your digital wallet, if applicable). This will work with all busses, trollies and any other long haul transportation methods).

• Weather Report (both from NOAA, and local video weather reporters)

• View Local Laws (with the agency that owns it)

• Non-emergency services

• Social Security Services (report homeless, check payment status, apply for funding due to job loss)

• Environmental Complaints (Leaky oil, sound complaints)

• Pendleton Township Tax Entry Bill. (citizens will have an app to look at their outstanding tax bill for entering the district jurisdiction based on district General Administration legislation)

I will bring legislation forward at the Federal Trade Commission that we need applications on our mobile phone based on their function (Order Taxi), not another corporate name we need to remember (Uber, Lyft, Waymo, Tesla, etc). We are basically forcing monopolies in the market place which violates the Sherman Act.

The Order Taxi application on your phone in districts will integrate into all taxi service to ensure we have the best service, an open market for pricing, and it's safe based on Department of Transportation legislation for the district.

All our businesses, civilian digital wallets, and governments will be fully integrated via standards where all software talks to each other. Much like our roads connect cars to all our businesses and housing today for civilians. This has not been done for the internet, and all our government agencies are going to make that a core competency.

Federal & District Department of Transportation

• We will put the full force of our nations Departments of Transportation and find the best vendor proposals to deal with the traffic in town.

• The local DOT district will own the data behind maps electronically to define where e-bikes go, private communities, and manage the electronic speed signs. This data will be provided to the market for use. Google will not be providing us mapping data, we will be providing all the mapping data to services like Google.

• Once the district makes this transportation system, we can take this capability to other districts and make it the best in the world for our country. CalTrans does a good job, but it never was scaled by our Federal Government for other states.

• Our district Department of Transportation will ensure vendors are equipped to bring e-bikes up to standards based on federal Department of Transportation legislation. Turn signals, speed limit governance (from district maps) will all be enforced to keep people safe on these e-bikes and other evolving transportation vehicles.

Federal & District Emergency Services

• All our federal and district emergency services will be connected. Citizens can press a button and provide a text message to the lifeguard, the lifeguard could press a button to request an ambulance, the ambulance could pull up all medical information, where it automatically transferred to the hospital on admission.

By having Federal Emergency Administration manage the API standards between these parties, this type of connectivity opens up for our emergency services in amazing ways. Right now the county provides the emergency system and it's not integrated vertically across emergency services.

• District Emergency Operations in the Pendleton Township can draw a square around an area on a map and deploy applications for their citizens for communication and bi-directional status updates with citizens, and provide all escape routes that are moving via the Department of Transportation data from Federal Communication Commission connected vehicles.

Federal & District Trade Communications

• Citizens will be able to build media networks and businesses for their media and share it in the local, state and federal markets. This will include weather reporters, media shopping networks, realtor media networks, action sport networks, music networks, TV networks, news, record and sell music concerts in the market and much more.

• Content will be safe for our children as the Social Security Digital Wallet will work on the internet to verify age across all websites and application platforms.

• An American Internet content filtering and categorization system will be deployed to allow all content in the market to be categorized as AI, with an age restriction, and the type of content.

• We will have a simple ticketing system at every venue in town so residences and tourists can buy tickets and have them delivered right to their Social Security Digital Wallet and redeemed at the door. No more of these confusing ticketing systems. You will also be able to go right to the venue where it will provide sales and service.

• Federal and District Federal Trade Commission can ban content based on a specific Media ID, a content category, or a age restrictions. For example if the Federal Drug Administration had legislation to ban pharmacy ads, the Federal Trade Commission no media networks, or media players would be able to play it. Furthermore, you could personally ban content for yourself and children in which you don't want to see on the internet anymore and that will enforced across the media networks.

Federal & District Environmental Protection Agency

• Our federal or district Environmental Protection Agency can create legislation that bans loud music in vehicles. This regulation can be applied to the Department of Commerce product system to ensure no products enter the market with that categorization.

• Our district EPA department will let you press a button to report an oil leak in your street. EPA agents will provide the cleanup and ensure the the laws are enforced.

• Our local EPA would handle noise complaints based on district noise ordinances that would be legislated at the EPA in districts.

• Our district EPA will approve all micro-manufacturing facilities so they don't disturb the environment with noise and pollution, with the district Business Administration.

Our mandate from the President is that we need to bring manufacturing back. How would cities get up to speed for all of this? They can't. We need Business Administration and all departments working together to move quickly.

Federal & District of Alcohol and Drugs

• Our district Alcohol Administration will ensure all drinking laws are legislated and enforced.

• Our Alcohol Administration will provide licenses to bartenders, and allow citizen to file complaints.

• Our district Drug Administration will create drug legislation and make sure people use is safely and our supply chain has integrity better than CVS. Drugs are a part of America culture, we are the worlds biggest user and its time to make it safe, or non-existent from various from supply chains based on drug legislation.

Federal & District Parks

• National parks will provide all the funding, legislation, technology to turn Pendleton Township into a world class mountain bike, vehicle off-roading, motocross, skate parks, BMX and any other type of park we need to start to build capabilities with our vendors.

• Parks will have the capabilities to provide training and licensing to rangers, ticketing systems and management.

• District National Parks will provide funding and voting capabilities to allow a board to manage every local park in the community as a district park and ensure the environmental protection agency is doing their job with garbage, and ensure resources are budgeted to keep it clean, safe and maintained.

Federal & District Education Agency

• We will have the full support of the Federal School Agency in the district to provide study material, supplies, licensing for teachers, and technology standard to ensure the district, school, and teachers are fulling integrated with systems.

• Kids will have their own digital wallets (that the parents will be in complete control of) for their study work.

• Based on the class, teachers can provide websites and applications for study material that are approved by the education board of directors both federally and at the district.

• The Education Agency will legislate with the public on how much school and homework our children should have.

Americas Vote

If America wan't to try and give a new system a shot. Pendleton Township is going to be a managed beach town, making things, enjoying the town, and working together in business and government. We will still have tourist, but we will get paid for it and keep it managed.

We will have a world-class education, emergency system and services, along with a district justice department police and security force to ensure safety.

Through the district Department of Commerce and Securities and Exchange licensed bankers we will enjoy easily starting businesses and getting the technology for it so it plugs right into the market. This will allow the ability for the market to easily find vendors, place orders, order delivery, putting out request for proposals, create and distribute media all in an open market place with ensured safety.

Our American Internet will be safe and secure for the public with repercussions for bad actors. We will have an on-line voting system with government IDs.

This is just a small sample of what this new paradigm has uncovered.

Federal & District Civil Agencies

Each agency is either is a federal or district agency. I have discovered the following ones and started to develop requirements and made some forward looking statements on legislation that we will vote on.

Federal & District General Administration

Since cities are going to be replaced by the local district of their federal counterpart, its important to still have a board of General Administration to ensure the multiple districts in the jurisdiction are operating correctly. Here are their objectives:

Federal & District - General Administration districts are deployed at the Federal & District levels to manage all the civil agencies required to operate their jurisdiction correctly.

Since we are breaking up a city, and letting federal agencies provide districts under their mission locally, the General Administration is used to oversee all the local or federal districts that they manage all the functions. They are the bird's eye view of the district agencies.

Cross Agency - General Administration will have the ability to weigh in on issues for civil agencies and will be identified correctly when collaborating on issues with the public on civil agencies websites.

General Administration agencies will enact laws around what powers they have with other civil agencies sister jurisdictions. For example, The General Administration in the city could have veto power for Beaches and Harbor if a law was being voted on they didn't agree with.

Technology - Provide GPS data around walking data in their district from the FBI's Citizen Data Warehouse.

General Administration will be responsible for making sure all walking is safe in the city, and will receive data from the Citizen Data Warehouse with the tracking of people anonymously to understand city trends.

Domain Application Zones - General Administration districts will manage the domain zone applications for their district, and ensure backend services are available to support them. They would own the "city" applications that are run when people press the Application Zone button on their phone.

Funding - Manage all sidewalk and pedestrian byways for the district along with DOT.

Permits - Provide permits for public performances, and other public events that occur in the districts. This would include public concerts, farmer markets, informational gatherings, protests and other district-wide events.

Statues - Manage all the laws around statues and provide the funding to bid them out.

Grants - Provide grants to the public for city projects.

Cross District Communication Network - Provide a communication network in the Federal & District administration district's that allow various civil agencies the ability to communicate with each other along with the permissions via cell-phone or a CB application.

Mobile Phone Tax Collection Implement mobile phone-based tax management systems for districts. When citizens enter your district, a tax bill will automatically be sent to their bills in their digital wallet when entering. This will help reduce over population in cities from outside visitors.

Bidding Platform - Provide a bidding platform for vendors as the work requires it.

Dictionary - At the federal level, own the dictionary for the English language, and allow people to vote on changes. Provide an API so dictionary companies can provide services to the market.

Federal & District Social Security Administration

The value chain currently with the United States Social Security office to our local Social Security is in disarray to provide social services to our citizens, which includes much more than just providing retirement payments.

The following is our Social Security Agency Federal & District goals:

Social Security Payments - Provide payments to citizens who have a digital wallet at the federal level, and work on local programs that are more targeted to local populations as local districts are developed. All social security-based payments to the public will be integrated into the Social Security system. Currently, we have a number of social security programs from EBT, and SNAP and we need to have a holistic understanding of our social security funding and processes for the citizens to ensure our "free money" programs don't get out of hand like they have and ensure people are off drugs, and looking for work.

Digital Wallet - Provide a digital wallet service that will stores all government and market data via a citizen's own digital wallet securely and safely based on laws and standards.

Currently Apple and Google have control over our digital wallet and it's important we bring that into control for the citizens, government and the market and provide that to handset companies for use.

The following will be provided in the citizens digital wallet to start. We will level-set with the current market today which will include:

• Government Issued IDs
• Payment Cards
• Marriage Certificate
• Tickets for Events
• Points from businesses
• Bills
• Dependents

In the future, the digital wallet will expand to many areas and will provide tremendous value in the market place base by having its own service capabilities instead of being locked in the phone.

Social Security will enable the sharing of information with our digital wallets based on the laws defined in Social Security.

Population Counts - Provide civilian counts based on their residence to General Administration districts so they can provide it via their API for population counts.

Domain Zone Applications - Provide domain zone applications for the public to:

• Allow civil agencies and citizens the ability to interact with social security processes and functions. For example, a police officer or citizen would have a social security application to request evaluation for someone who appears they need a transitional housing facility or a mental institution.

• Provide a Government ID application at the federal domain zone to both provide and check people's identification. This would be done by a physical view with a government seal on the device, or at the bar code/RFID level where the government ID source would validate the IDs identifications.

• Provide a wellness on a child being abused at home.

Single Sign-on Capability - The mission Social Security works on-line also. Social Security will make it easy to log-in into websites and applications. This will replace all the confusing login mechanisms we deal with today. This will include camera and/or thumbprint login on operating system startup, and login capabilities with confirmation and passkeys for websites and applications.

Address Book - Provide the ability to optionally share your contact information with address books with the General Administration at the federal level and district level so citizens can find people in a local or federal phone book.

Children and Marriage Credits - Provide cash each month for citizens who are married and/or have dependents. Tax credits were available before the tax system and social security will resume this inventive for families.

Transitional Housing - Offer funding, educational resources, licensing support, and technological solutions to manage transitional housing needs. Address housing challenges stemming from job loss, veteran reintegration, post-incarceration transitions, and mental health crises.

A domain zone application at the federal level would allow you to dispatch licensed mental health professionals to someone in need on the streets in their area.

Public service announcements would be available to educate the public on the application and procedures for dealing with someone in crisis.

Online Health Agents - Provide agent licenses and jobs for people to report people online who need help.

Legislation - Manage legislation around social security issues from payments, to laws around when people could be committed to a mental hospital, and digital wallet technology regulations.

Federal & District Communications Commission (FCC)

The FCC will broaden its scope to the market to provide immense value for its citizens.

Domain Zone Applications - Enable citizens the ability to launch location-based applications. For example:

• A hiker in a national forest could press a button on their phone, and contact park rangers directly to ask a question about the trails.

• You could go into a restaurant and press a button and bring up a menu and order food.

The market opportunity for America will be in the trillions for this technology and will add substantial value to citizens.

Operating System Bootloader - Develop a boot loader OS for mobile devices, TVs, vehicles, vessels, and digital displays that ensures regulatory compliance and provides seamless access to government services and information via the FCC interface. This will also include a login to the personal profile for the host operating system.

This will enable the market to:

• Receive alerts from emergency services across all devices including gaming systems, computers, and phones.
• Have a unified log-in experience across devices.
• Provide data from vehicles to make roads safer.
• Provide vehicle location information for various civil agencies.

Your login will work on a Microsoft based operating system, or Apple. Both Microsoft, and Apple should be in FTC violation due to the fact they have login capabilities that only work with their system. If a customer has all their login on an Apple OS and move to a Microsoft OS they will loose all their login info.

Test Applications - Ensure testing capabilities and standards are available for all FCC-related application containers.

Domain Zone Taxing - Provide the ability for General Administration districts (Cities) to tax people based on time schedules who enter their jurisdiction. This will be strictly regulated where taxes can be applied.

For example,Pendleton Township has an influx of crowds during peak seasons and providing a tax bill when they enter the city would reduce populations while increasing revenue for General Administration to provide grants the city.

Location Aware Device Controls - The FCC will allow businesses, and other zones the ability to send device commands to devices.

For example:

• Concert venues could disable video recording capabilities during performances to protect artists' intellectual property and improve the experience for participants.

• Beach and Harbor zones could ensure no music is louder than a certain decibel when played at the beach.

• E-Bikes could be disabled for driving on roads that they are not authorized.

• Explicit content could be disabled in public spaces, and airplanes via wi-fi.

The FCC will provide these capabilities to civil agencies based on their laws.

Satellite Services Marketplace - Create a comprehensive platform for selling and servicing satellite-based services for homes and businesses along with an approved product catalog to purchase and return equipment.

Nationalize Cellular Towers - Provide a chip set for handset companies that can run all mobile devices. Allow the sales and service of phone service on devices.

Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

The FTC for the most is legislating their laws via suing companies. This has not served anyone well. The FTC Civil agency's objective will to implement FTC laws in the form of technology for better enforcement and future compliance.

Content Filtering System - Provide a content filtering system to the marketplace to ensure content is not a national security risk, age categorized, content type categorized so citizens can disable certain content in media platforms, and be identified with a Media ID so they can be blacklisted in FTC districts and used globally in the marketplace.

These rules can be approved both federally and locally via age and category blacklists. Marine Debris Tracking - Data for Coast Guard monitoring and the public for cleanup operations that are a risk to vessels, this will be also integrated into vessel operating systems. Port and Shipping Monitoring - Provide vessel tracking data in the oceans to monitor congestion and routing. Sound Tracking - Provide sound tracking from satellites and report them to the DOJ with the location. For example if a gunshot went off.

Federal National Security Agency

The NSA agency will be responsible for gathering intelligence from the network and device operating systems based on civil agency requests with a warrant, or special judge requests.

The National Security Agency is in a difficult position because they can only implement reconnaissance-based operations with a limited number of players. Each new market participant that comes online creates additional staffing requirements. Therefore, the market remains constrained to only a few players due to national security concerns being done manually on Facebook and Twitter. Our national security apparatus must find a way to allow a competitive market to exist while still fulfilling their oversight responsibilities with scalable technology solutions, not personnel resources, and that is the goal with these requirements.

Device OS Access - The National Security agency will have a channel into all operating systems via FTC devices based on legislation. I would like to see the patriot act revoked, and understand the rights as a citizen and a government official.

Communication Intercepts - Manage all communication intercepts between critical communication devices including phone lines, text messaging and artificial intelligence provided by NITS based on legislation.

Homeland Security DNS Logs - The ability to view Homeland DNS logs based based on legislation to do special internet investigating.

FCC Logins - Provide the ability for Social Security single sign-on to provide login capabilities on anyone on-line with a warrant.

Legislation - Ensure the public opts-in to all legislation in which the National Security is designated to do.

Access Keys - Provide access keys for each device registered in digital wallets to allow operating systems to operate with National Security Agency. NITS will ensure all keys are loaded on-sign in for all government service connections.

I believe it's important to have a list of all FCC devices, and what government agencies are in-play when I log into them in my digital wallet.

This will give us the ability to create laws and implement the technology to enforce and regulate those laws. Furthermore, having our personal data locked in walled gardens creates complications in the marketplace. For example, I need to use my government-issued ID on the internet and in person. I shouldn't need an Apple or Google phone for this.

Content Control - The FTC content filtering system could enable broad censorship, and requiring government approval for all physical media (t-shirts, books) is deeply problematic for free speech.

• The FTC's main goal is to ensure products and media are categorized correctly. With this, federal and districts legislation around content are enforced within media and printing facilities.

• Many cities don't want t-shirts that have illicit pictures on them, and we have no controls or legislation for that today. If a district doesn't want laws around this, they don't have to. However, the ones that do will have this capability.

Technical and Practical Problems - Single Points of Failure: Centralizing everything through government-controlled systems creates massive vulnerability to system failures, cyber attacks, or technical problems.

• I don't see how this is any different then our current government-provided systems that we have today. We will help improve security by having a social security sign-on, and domains registered to physical locations, and revokable domains within a US-operated domain system. Those are much better security controls then we have today.

Constitutional Violations: Many provisions would likely violate the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments regarding free speech, unreasonable search, due process, and equal protection.

There are several issues the state has not been able to handle due to the inefficient processes between the federal, state, and county/city officials. This includes homelessness, transportation, health, education, security, jobs, and many other issues.

Having vertical integration from the federal to various district levels creates integrated opportunities and accountability, and that is what the public needs right now with the government.

Over Saturation of Jobs - Since citizens will be providing laws that will require the market to adapt and provide products and services, there will be an overwhelming amount of jobs and opportunities.
