Federal & District Agencies

.Board Management

Each agency has a board comprising of a number of officials defined in the by-laws. Board members are removed and added by other board members, via board vote.

.By Laws

Anytime a federal or district agency is brought on-line, the by-laws must be defined by the owning agency and government over site TODO.

.Voting

Lets brainstorm on following our tax dollars today. We pay a tax with an amount and that's it. There is no accountability to how and where those tax dollars are spent and with who.

Instead of taxing and providing government services, why don't we as citizen directly vote on our government services?

This is the power of our legislative modules. It creates accountability for our government agencies directly with the citizens, therefore removing our legacy tax system.

No more taxes related to government operations.

.Taxation

A new era of tax capabilities will be available to tax citizens based on their location, or the purchasing of products and services from other districts with tariffs.

.Board & Agency Legislation Module

A legislation module will be available to manage all legislative functions.

.Citizen Petitioning

Based on by-law rules citizens use the petitioning module to bring up issues with agency board, where they can be up-voted and down-voted by citizens.

.Board Impeachment

Based on by-law rules, impeachments can be voted on, where based on a number of votes, the impeachment can go to Court Administration TODO.

We will provide controls allowing boards to blacklist citizens who abuse the impeachment process as this process has been abused in the United States of America.

.Domain Suffix Management

Each civil agency can have domain suffixes associated by the NITS where they are responsible for the domain suffix management, and their related actual domains.

Directory

A management capability will be provided to add domains suffixes to various directory domains.

Many domain suffixes are associated to directory domain, where they will be automatically provided to Homeland Security for registration.

Detailed approach...

A Homeland Security API will be available to request category based directories.

For example, a media-entertainment.directory would be requested where all the domain suffixes around media entertainment for example .solo-artist, .band, etc.

The list will return:

  • Domain Name
  • Domain Suffix Category
  • Domain Suffix Description
  • Occupational Permit Link
  • Hit Count

The Hit Count date will be based on 30 days.

A querystring can be provided to return the hit count date range.

Directory permissions...

Some businesses will not want to provide services to the market because of "protected" business relationships.

My suggestion is they provide the domain's postal office registrations and sign-ins only constraint in their Single Sign On Security Profile.

.Security Policy Restrictions

Does a district want to ban a food category, or specific food, or medical procedures, or certain music?

Based on by-laws agencies can provide a security policy restriction at their agency level with various restrictions which can be applied when ordering products, services, and processing financial transactions, and much more.

.Media

Certified media communications from our governments and the analysts who cover government functions has become a major issue in the market place, causing confusion for citizens and governments.

Based on by-law rules for agencies will provide media to the market place that is certified on-line.

.Grants

Grant functionality will allow civil agencies to allow citizen to apply for grants, or the civil agency will provide grants from money generated from their IRS tax sources.

Research Budgets

Specific research budgets can be managed between the federal and district agencies for research projects.

The research grants will various types associated to various requirements including research studies, etc.

.Civil Agency Registration

Each citizen will have the ability to register at civil agencies which gives them access to the agency and it's functions.

.Sub-Committees

Agencies can get to large to manage their many districts. Based on board vote, sub-committees can be voted on to handle various functions of the district where by-laws are amended and re-configured by government over site. This permissions can include:

  • Budget Approvals
  • Board Voting
  • and more..

.Complaint & Resolution Portal

A complaint and resolution management capability will be available for agencies when they own a domains suffix, product service code, or other items.

.Insurance Requirements

Insurance policy requirements can be set for agency owned information including:

  • Domain suffixes
  • Citizen and governmental licenses
  • SEC agreement types

.Managed Software Development Domains

General Agencies will have managed software development domains which could be service domains, reporting domains and other related domains that the agency is in charge of developing software for.

Associated domains will have requirements associated them in the general administration system, where any requirement can have a legislative requirement item associated to it.

.Cross Functional Agencies & Services

The following are the many cross functional agencies that will be managed based on by-laws.
