.Civil Agency Citizen Registration

For citizen to participate with their agency they must register.

Citizen registration will be removed based on location changes, or opting out.

Registering Citizens

When Housing Administration receives an agreement for a citizen they will notify the related agencies about the citizen where they will start a citizen registration campaign to their post office mail.

The period of time this campaign lasts for are defined in the by-laws.

Citizens can unsubscribe to the notification(s).

Registered Citizens Participation Requirements

If citizens fail to up vote, down vote, or sustain, along with a summary of their opinion after a number of board votes defined in the by-laws they are removed from registration for a number of days defined in the by-laws.

Opting Out

If citizens opt out of registration, that can re-register at anytime.

The by-laws define how many times in a given period they are allowed to leave and comeback based on their own decision.
