The following are the cross functional agencies that will be managed based on by-laws.

.Education & Licensing Agency

Agencies will have the ability to provide education & licensing for citizens and government agents associated to their owned domain suffixes.

.Domain Complaints

SEC Receipts, NITS Web Browsers and other sources will have the ability to file complaints to the civil agency domain in which they are managing.

After an investigation, in which license violations have occurred,they can be transferred to the Education & Licensing Agency.

.Flags & Digital Assets

Federal & District agencies will have the ability to manage their flags and digital assets related to the agency.

.Public Permitting

Based on the by-laws, public permitting capabilities will be available to agencies which will allow citizens to apply for public access for things like music in the parks, etc.

.Landmarks

The ability to fund and manage landmarks will be available to districts.

.Domain Zone Web Application(s)

Domain Zones are going to usher in a new market equivalent to when the Internet was started.

Federal & District agencies will manage their first class domain zone applications.

.Agency Asset Sale Web Application

The agency asset sales web application will be responsible for providing the ability for agencies to sell agency assets that are no longer needed.

.Human Resource & Asset Management

A human resource and asset management system service will be provided to track human resources and assets. This is especially important as districts and assets are transferred around the country.
