.Education and Licensing Agency

Overview

Various federal and district agencies will have the ability to provide educational resources, and issue licenses to citizens and government officials.

Citizens can verify licenses on-line, and file complaints where officials can handle the process based on legislation of the license.

School teachers, police officers, and medical staff, and many more professions will all be licensed by their respective agencies.

Licenses will be issued federally, allow citizens to work anywhere in the country with them. Many professions have to go through painstaking processes just to work in a different a state.

License Issuance

All issued licenses will be stored with the civil agency when they are issued and will be available via the Education & Licensing Agency Web Portal & API.

Citizen Professional Licenses

Federal and district civil agencies will provide professional licenses for domain suffixes they are in charge of.

Licenses are associated by an NITS via the domain suffix.

Civil agencies are provided many NITS approved education domains to assigned licenses to.

If a civil agency needs a new education domain associated to a license they get it approved at the NITS with the licenses and it will be available.

Civil Agency Agent Licenses

When agents are added to the login of their civil agency system for the first time, they will have to go through the education process based on their official role where they can receive one or many licenses for civil agency.

Education domains are approved by Homeland Security and NITS which are specific to each governmental license, where this only one.

When officials are removed from the system the following occurs:

• Post Office mailboxes removed
• Licenses are revoked

Access Security Policy License Restrictions

Licenses can be restricted using access security policies TODO, while signing in to software, sending orders and invoices, processing transactions, and much more.

For example

Doctors who provide gender changes could have a service code in the asset policy blacklist, at the federal or district level where anytime that licensed doctor tried to login to a software product, or provide services they would be be denied.

License Violation Legislation

Civil agencies will legislate terms around licensing violations, revocations and/or court case submittal's TODO which are applied to their specific licenses when they are violated.

Licensing Complaints

A license portal will be available for citizens to submit license violation claims, for licensed individuals and to manage the license complaint process, which will include:

• Providing warnings
• Suspending licenses
• Revoking licenses

The ability to appeal license violations can be sent to Court Administration.

Citizens can use the following methods to submit license complaints:

NITS Touch Stream

Using a touch stream tap TODO you can tap on a business card provided by a police officer where their license portal will come up with the licensing details of the individual.

A touch stream handshake TODO where two phones touch will also allow the ability for an individual to request a license from another individual.

License Complaints via Domains

SEC Receipts and the NITS Web Browser will have the ability to file complaints to the the domain complaint agency

After an investigation, the complaint can be license related, where the education and licensing agency can investigate further and take action based on their legislation.
