Federal & District Planning Agencies

As we usher in the ability to bring manufacturing back to America, it's important we have a core competency of planning and permitting to ensure operations are safe for the manufacturers and the public when products and services are being provided.

The Planning Agency will manage the entire planning process for districts which includes the management for parcels, virtual parcels, deeds, construction permits, and occupancy permits.

The Federal Planning Agency will provide a domain zone application to licensed planning agents and associated agency planners to handle all their planning and approval functions.

Their district will be provided via their licenses assigned to them at their district in which they are assigned. TODO move this to single sign on

Planning

The district will have a planning department that will plan the various parcels in the district for development, and manage their information.

Deeds

Deeds are added to a parcel after each transaction.

Construction Permits

Construction permits will be issued for parcels on approval.

Occupancy Permit Process

Occupancy permits are issued to deed holders, or citizens that have a rental agreement from Commercial Administration.

Licensing

Planning will provide licenses to agents to:

• RED Flag buildings
• Approve FEMA and/or EPA demolition request during emergency events
• Domain zone layout designers
• General occupancy planning managers
• Various constructions worker types
• Planning analysts

Media Associations

Analysts and domain suffixes will be provided for insights on the planning agencies data and research.
