Deeds

Deeds will provide SEC transactions that will allow:

• For new parcels, businesses the ability to buy the parcel from the district General Administration Agency in new districts
• Transfer deeds between a deed owner and a buyer

Anytime a planning agency is setup all the deeds must be be transferred from the county or city into the planning agency where they can be managed.
