Occupancy Permits

The United States has an enormous problem prosecuting domain owners based on criminal behaviors.

When an occupancy permit is being approved for a domain the permit becomes the the glue between a physical parcel location, and an American domain to ensure all domains have a location where the department of justice can visit them based on Court Administration orders.

If occupants do not want a domain, they must provide a domain suffix to a parcel which provides various details about the business to the market.

Starting a Permit

For domain-less occupancy permits an appointment with the planning department is made to start the process where they sign in to the planing application.

For domain related occupancy permits an NITS approved hosting provider can trigger the process where they are directed to the permitting department with their Homeland Security pre-registered domain and their NITS selected service containers that provide various services under the domain.

Approval & Occupancy Permits

On occupancy permit approval a occupancy permit is issued.

Issuance

Once a permit is issued its:

  • Available on-line for citizens to link to:

    • Via a web browser
    • The permitting agency domain zone application assigned to the domain
    • ...and other sources.

The permit is required to be displayed inside on a poster for patrons to review and access.

The permit is required to be posted internally on a window where it's visible for outside citizens to review and access.

Change of Ownership

A change of ownership occurs when the owners close their SEC operational agreement, and assign it to someone else where the new operational agreement is associated to the occupancy permit.

Closure

The SEC operational agreement will provide a business closure capabilities, where the operational permit closure requirements must be met from the planning department and the occupational permit is moved to a close state and removed from the parcel.
