Occupancy Permit Approval Process

An occupancy permit is issued to a parcel's by the business on the deed, or via an SEC rental agreement procured by Commercial Administration.

Pre-Permit

With a domain suffix, and/or domain and service container types from the hosting provider the pre-permit process is started.

A list of required agencies are associated to the various phases by the NITS the domain suffix, and/or service container types.

Generally additional agencies can be added to various phases of the permit for specific district needs.

Why additional agencies?

A facility could have energy provided by a propane tank to approve vs. 120v power which would approved by different district agency(s).

Build Out

Once the pre-permit approval moves forward, a build out phase occurs where the agencies approve the build out as base on various build out completion tasks notified by licensed construction citizens.

Once the build out is complete, and business is ready to open their doors, a final review will take place of all agencies required.

Final Approval & Business Celebration

Each agency goes through their final check list for final approval on a morning or afternoon where the business provides them their products and services for a test run.

If all goes smoothly, a permit is approved.

The business then begin's their journey to serve their local citizens providing unique products and services of their dreams.
