Parcels

During the pre-permit process the parcel is defined, where it can be a physical parcel, or a virtual parcel.

Physical Parcel

The following is the parcel data when the planning agency defines them, which includes:

  • Parcel ID
  • Parcel Type
  • Property boundaries and dimensions
  • Deed transactions
  • Occupancy transactions
  • Allowable Domain Suffixes
  • Domain Zones Layout Types
  • Parent Parcel

Parent Parcel's are used to create parcels within parcel relationships.

For Example

A commercial parcel, would have many retail parcels contained within them.

Virtual Parcel

Virtual Parcels are created where they must be associated a physical parcel in case authorities to pay the citizen a visit. However associated physical information will not be provided to the public.
