Starting a District Sphere of Influence

Upon a Federal General Civil Agency board approval, a city can convert to a district.

The city must provide board approval and their state must provide congressional approval.

The following districts require implementation for new districts where by-laws are created by the Federal General Civil Agency and Government Over Site TODO:

• Department of Justice
• District Emergency
• Social Security
• Securities and Exchange
• District Trade Commission
• District Commerce Department
• District Department of Transportation
• District Food Administration
• District Housing Administration
• District Commercial Administration
• District Court Administration
