Federal Civic Agencies

FCC organization would be broke up various federal civic agencies, and be responsible for their mission.

The FCC would have an additional function to manage domain zones.

FCC - Frequency Spectrum Management

Frequency Spectrum Management would develop the licenses around managing the various spectrums in the market.

FCC - Radio Spectrum

Radio would develop a bidding platform for spectrum.

FCC - Domain Zones

Domain Zones are going to usher in a new era of software development and device management opportunities. It will enable the public to interact with the world around them in a much easier way.

The domain zone technology working group will be responsible for the application to ensure Domain Zones are working correctly in the market place, and host the technology to provide the application interface and API services to the market.

FCC - Satellite

The FCC would provide a sales and service platform to the market for all our internet based satellite solutions that would:

• Allow organizations to be created with a sales and services function via an FCC provided container.
• Allow organizations to purchase hardware from satellite hardware manufactures, where it could be marked up via an API from containers.
• Allow organizations to RMA hardware to 3rd party hardware manufacturers for repair and replacement.
• Allow organizations to sell bandwidth at various categories defined by the FCC.
• An upgrade could be provided for a static IP address at an additional cost.
• All providers must provide their hardware with their service.
• Future generations of services could create standards around receivers and sat. services.
