Children Communication Management - Monitoring Communications
Parents will have the capabilities to monitor their children's:
- Instant messaging & email communications
- Past voice & video conferencing communications
- Current voice & video conferencing communications
- Real-Time domain communications (Chats, Audio & Video Rooms, etc)
- Media submissions provided to websites.
Anytime various communications are being monitored, the parent can create restrictions for 3rd parties where they are prohibited from contacting their child in the future.
Instant Messaging & E-Mail Monitoring
All the instant messaging and e-mail communications that occur between children and other entities will be available to review by parents via from the Postal Office - Parent Control Monitoring Services.
Phone & Video Conferencing Monitoring & Protections
Protection
Parents can set if they would like to be notified before their child receives a call, or not for approval.
They can also select to listen in on the call on approval.
If the parent chooses to approve calls, a Call Confirmation URL is provided to the associated Communication Provider which is sent to the Postal Office - Permission Request when a call is received by the Communication Provider for a given SSN.

Monitoring
Phone communications can be monitored between children and entities via National Security in which the child's associated Communication Provider provides.
Parents can either listen to calls that have already been completed, or listen in on calls when their child is called where they are notified via instant message.
Listening on Active Calls
The National Security will provide a list of active calls based on a child's SSN.
On selection, the FTC's Communication Provider provides a submission, and rendering URL.
The submission URL is submitted to the NSA with the child's SSN.
The rendering URL is downloaded by the NITS - Browser where its rendered.

All real-time communications that occur within domains would have to use their assigned Socket Provider defined in the permit.
