Resolving Communication Issues

When a child has communication issues with 3rd parties, the parent can contact the child and/or parent, the child/and parent's household, or in escalated cased file police reports.

Contact Parent(s) of Children

If the parent views content they do not approve, they will have the ability to send a direct message, to the child and/or parent.

If the parent does not receive communication permission, a message can be sent to the parcels general box for resolution and/or future evidence.

File Police Report

The ability to file police report to the District DOJ - Internet Agency where various outcomes can happen based on FTC legislation, which includes:

  • Warning children and/or parents.
  • The issuance of violations to parents.
  • Visits from licensed DOJ officers to the residences of the child.
  • E-mail messages from licensed DOJ officers to the parents.
  • In escalated situations the court could, have the child:
    • Do community service during the day.
    • District DOJ Work Camps for long periods.
    • Sent to an appropriate jail based on their age.
