Trademark Process

A submission is sent to the Trademark Office.

Resolution

If there are trademark violations at a federal or district level a trademark violation response is provided with a link from the trademark office to the requesting service to resolve the issue.

The issue can be resolved by:

• Completing an SEC Trademark Agreement with the trademark owner
• Approve a roman numeral on the Content Profile

Once resolved the Trademark Office notifies the requesting service with the disposition.
